Introduction This Artificial Intelligence Terms of Use document (“AI Terms”) applies to all Products and Services offered by Cloudforce Group, Inc. (“Cloudforce,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), including its flagship AI gateway platform, nebulaONE®, and governs the use of AIpowered features and functionality by our clients, their authorized end users, and Cloudforce employees and contractors. These AI Terms serve a dual purpose: (1) they describe how Cloudforce uses AI tools and capabilities internally in the delivery of our services; and (2) they establish the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your organization’s use of AI features within nebulaONE® and any other Cloudforce AI-enabled Products and Services. These AI Terms are incorporated by reference into and supplement any applicable Platform License and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between Cloudforce and you (“Client”). In the event of a conflict between these AI Terms and the Agreement, these AI Terms shall control with respect to AI-specific matters. By activating, accessing, or using any AI-powered feature within Cloudforce’s Products and Services, Client consents on behalf of itself and its authorized users to the practices described herein.
